I think we should have a policy that says ANYONE that attacks Americans or American interests should receive an immediate response. (If we know who that is.)
Take for instance what is happening in Iraq, Syria, and the Red Sea. If we know where the missals are coming from, our immediate response should be to eliminate those targets. Not to wait days or weeks for a response. It should be an Immediate response.

I am entirely down with this. That’s not because I don’t think helmets aren’t a good idea. I think they are; in the same light as safety glasses are a good idea when grinding metal, and respirators are when spray painting a house.
I happen to think people should be free to make dumb decisions.
There will be some interesting fallout, should this make it through legislation and become a law…which I doubt it will.
1) the first thing that will happen is the “kittypigeon religion of ‘Iaintfukinwearingnohealmetsogofukyourselfyoucommiebastards’ will gain quite a few new followers to take advantage of these new religious freedoms.
2) The same thing is gunna happen for seat belts in cars and trucks.
If religion can trump safety precaution laws, we’re gunna see some interesting challenges.
