This actually isn’t the carjacking involving the juvenile and woman. That is a different one. This one was two adult males. Javar Marshall, 21, and Nasir Schifano, 19. Both were charged as prohibited possessors and other charges to come. These are the guys suspected of killing a 71-year-old man during a carjacking and committing at least 14 other carjackings.
This why you see State Troopers, Rochester PD and UC cars involved. There is a lot more to this crash to “unpack” is right. You won’t hear all of it for a while yet. (Actually, you won’t hear ANYTHING about it in the MSM because the suspects are what the MSM call, “unidentified male suspect/ no description” part of a violent crime.

There needs to be a movement — by EVERYBODY — focusing on the black crime problem and putting blame on the perpetrators and their families. It needs to be said out loud. You can’t address a problem until you admit the problem.
